Not credit card or I/C but Library Card! We made a trip down to Community Library @Bishan sometime back.
I am suprised that its so easy to apply for a membership card for Dillion at the self-help machine kiosk. Just need to key in his Birth cert, Surname and my I/c.
Dillion was ecstatic when he saw so many books that he keep squirming out of my sling!
