Flu Attack

1-5 June 09:
It started with mild running nose the previous weekend then the phlegmy cough and fever came along on Monday. We visited the GP and paid $60 for 6 medicines.

My heart ache when I hear him coughing again.. Dillion been diagnosed with sensitive airways and been having cough attacks since start of this year. Only recent weeks that attacks were less frequent.

The medicine and the anti-biotics which i suspect to cause Dillion turned into a cranky and grouchy boy.

He reject his milk but took on well with solids (thank God!).. He scream murder when he sees me coming with a milk bottle.
Suddenly he became difficult to handle kid. He threw tantrums at the slightest things..

Cry when we ask him to pack up his toys, Scream when i ask him to pee in the toilet. Once he is on his crying phase, he would lie on the floor and refuse to let us carry him.

My heart break looking at him.. we tried very hard to control our temper as we know he is not well but yet we can't tolerate his behaviour.

Thankfully Kevin was around to help out otherwise I would have gone bonkers!

The flu bug has now gone for good since Friday.. and right after I stopped his Flu medicine.. the monster in him seem to have gone with the wind as well!
