Enunciation..

Recently, I been quite disturbed by Dillion's enunciation .

He can talk and infact very talkative boy that can't keep quiet for long. But some words are not very accurate.

For e.g.
Gu gu (Aunt) ~ ju ju
Sleep ~ steep
Lets go ~ Lego
System ~ si-tem

He started since young and we did not bother to correct him when he always been calling his favourite GuGu as Juju since he was 1 year old. We just let him be, thinking he would self correct as he grows older.

I brought this up with our PD and she noticed that too and he tends to talk a tad too fast and stammer a lil' at times when he gets excited.
So she advised to monitor and also correct him everytime he speaks.

If he still can't enunciate properly then we have to seek help from a speech therapist which I certainly do not wish to.
