Goodbye Cindy..

It was a gloomy day today.. When i read that a mummy friend- Cindy whom I met in a forum when I first got pregnant with Dillion in late 2006, passed away after a good battle with lymphoma for a couple of months.

I hugged Dillion that many times today and told him countless 'Mummy loves you so very much'. I feel for her 2 young kids whom lost a dear Mummy at a tender age.
I sounded morbid when I told D to listen to Daddy and take care of his lil' bro if "Mummy have to go up to the sky to stay with God"..He nodded his head and gave me a hug.

We met on a few occasions when we had Apr 07's mummies gathering. We were not that close or chummy but her helpfulness left a very deep impression in me.

I think it was in late 2008, we arranged to go for a trial kindermusik class somewhere near Turf City. So Cindy message me and offered me a lift because that place is not that accessible and need 10-15 min walk from Turf City.
She was early but I was late so I told her to go ahead, not to wait for me and Dillion.

Indeed, I got lost, could not find my way there. She called me a couple of times (trial class had already started) to check on my whereabout, presumably worried for me and even offered to step outta class to fetch us. I felt bad and rejected and gave up walking, then went home.

Thereafter, we still keep in touch by chatting online or leaving comments in each other blog.

She is always that cheerful and optimistic about life.. even when I read her blog, I thought she was already on road to recovery.

Good Bye Cindy, you will be dearly missed.. I know you are in heaven, good hands of the Lord.
