Porridge in slow cooker

This the first time I use slow cooker to cook Dillion's porridge.
A rojak of ingredients:
Corn, carrot, sweet potato & potato to bring out the sweetness. And added spinach when its about to be done.
I have also added cauliflower to his list of food.

Few days back, I made an effort to wake up early and brought Dillion to the market at Toa Payoh Lor 7 to buy meat and fish.
I used to frequent there but stopped after i got pregnant. The regular fish & pork stall holders were happy and surprised to see me with a baby.

I bought a slice of ngor her (thread fin fish) for $6. The pork seller taught me to use "Ter tau bak" (literally translated as pig head meat in hokkien).. a.k.a pork chop meat for soup stock and also pack of mince meat (told her to grind it 2-3 times) all for $4.50.
