Now that Dillion has crossed the 1-yr mark and so far no food allergy *touch wood and cross finger*.. we can now intro or rather indulged him in more variety of food.
Went to Takashimaya and bought:
Topping For Rice, Veg, Small Fish & Bonito & Retortable Food, Tuna.
Past weekends if i'm out for the whole day, i will use the method taught by my forum friend- Cynthia.
Boil rice for 15min with high fire then tranfer them to my Thermos Food jar so that the porridge will cook on it own.
When i'm ready to serve 4 hours later, i can add topping and stir into the porridge. Which saves lots of time as i need not steam his vegetables and fish as they won't be fresh after some time.
