Food: Udon


First time cooking Udon with frozen chicken stock from this recipe by Brenda. Do refer to her blog if you need some ideas on preparing your todd's food menu.

And i successfully made a poached egg:).. although it does not look as good as Brenda's.
I will not be giving Udon to D anymore as i find that the noodles its too thick and soak up the soup.. i wonder if this will cause indigetion to their lil' tummy. Perhaps mee tai bak will be better choice!
