Children like us have their mood swings or rather good or bad days.
Dillion is one whom can make my blood pressure soar with his hyperactive and cannot sit still mode or some days it be sweet moments and good behaviour from him.
Let me start with bad days:
On sunday, i brought him to my Gramp's place and this rascal literally crawled all over the place, exploring the living/dinning/kitchen. Never willing to sit down to eat or play and even went and snatch toys from his cousins yet again! When Kevin carried him away to stop the tussle and he gave a huge meltdown. *sigh*
My aunts/uncles all concluded that he has got a bad temper and inherited stubbornness from Mummy and her Leong's clan.
Told my GrandMa to get a cane for me (serve as a warning to D).. believe it or not.. There was no use for it before as D's older cousins are mostly Girls (5girls+2boys, incl D).
Lately, D started his screaming mantra at home. He would scream if we stop him from climbing or carrying him away. We can't leave him alone as he be up to mischief when left unattended.
Good Days
Yesterday, I took him to GP yesterday as he was a lil' under weather with mild cold. D could not sit still and kept wanting to climb up to Doc's table. I gave a firm "NO" to him and gave him a stare. He retracted back. GP was so impressed with him (able to listen to my instruction) and praised him for being a good boy.
I brought him out for breakie.. few aunties commented that he is such a 'gem' to sit still as he was being 'tied' to the chair by Sack n Seat.
These comments by GP and passer by made my day!
We had enjoyable together.. no meltdowns.. no screaming.
D was in best of mood as he co operated with me at home and slept for the night at 9.30pm which is early for his standard!
