Just need to let him roam freely in Junction 8 and he will lead you to the kiddy car rides there.
My boy is so familar with the mall now that he can walk with his eyes close. Once he sense a familar location (with a car ride).. he will shake your hands off and run away.
I'm offically running after my boy!
