After 3 months of sweat and tears.. I declared Dillion is potty-trained at home!
Actually few weeks back, he finally said "Mummy.. wee wee / poot poot". Though sometimes I have to look at his facial expression.
I'm still not ready to let him go diaperless during nap or night time as he still wakes up with a heavy diaper. But they were days where his diaper were dry.
Adjustment in milk intake
I have upped his 2 milk feed in the day from 180ml to 240ml. Previously, I have this phobia of him rejecting his solids.. hence lesser milk intake.
But now I think its no longer a problem.
He now takes his dinner at 5.30pm and then milk will be given at 7.30pm.. so that he have about 1-2 hours to empty his bladder before sleep.
I have also reduced his milk intake at night from 270ml to 150ml so that he will not consume so much liquid before sleep.
This is just one way to to aid in my night time diaperless training some time later.
When we go out, Dillion is mostly diaperless unless we foresee having difficulties in finding toilet.
We were out for 5 hours (longest ever, without diaper) yesterday and we survived the trip with zero wet accidents!
