Whats for lunch?

Been some time since I blog about what I been cooking for Dillion.

He is having:
~ steamed rice with sweet potato and cabbage
~ steamed red grouper slices with cherry tomato
~ steamed mincemeat in soya sauce
~ pork ribs and peanut soups

Since I have to do a mini-confinement so I had been cooking most of my meals with added ginger.

All these took me about 40 min to prepare except for the Peanut soup which I started boiling in the morning and left it in the magic cooker for 3 hrs.

Its my first attempt on boiling this soup and I'm surprised that it so easy and taste so sweet!

Ingredients:
Pork ribs (i used 5 pc of Prime Ribs)
Peanuts (a handful, bought from the dried good stalls in the market)
1 dried cuttlefish (bought from dried good stalls)
1 dried scallops
2 red dates w/o seeds

Filled water using 1.5l Endo magic cooker and boil everything for 20 min then place it in the pot for 2-3 hours.
