I was planning to get a a gift for Dillion's childcare teachers for Teachers' Day and also in appreciation for their effort in taking care of my lil' rascal.. I think they played a big part in helping D to settle down in the centre within a week of enrolment.
So I called up the school clerk today and identified myself as D's mummy then asked how many gift packs should I prepare as I'm not very sure who are the teachers in the playgroup.
Her replied: "Total 17 teachers, including kitchen aunties, principal and myself'"
I was taken aback at the numbers and she thank me for the thought.
Ok.. perhaps I should not have called or even identified myself and just roughly prepare 5 packs for the teachers, principal and clerk that I frequently see when I drop/pick Dillion up.

The school is abit weird..how can each parent prepare 17 gifts for teachers. Like as if the child has 17 teachers...
perhaps i din make myself clear.. and i think some of teachers (teaching in N1/k1/k2) will come over to help if they are short of manpower..
