Sneaking out..

Kevin and I sneak out a few times for movie date (with our friends) last week leaving Dillion with his grandma.

Once, he cried pitifully seeing us all dressed up, yet leaving the house without him. We could hear his cries when we were waiting for the lift (1 level down from our unit). Our hearts broke and we turned back and decided to bring him down to the playground as a ploy to distract him then quickily sneak out.

When we came back late at midnight, we found him waiting up for us, refusing to sleep as what his GrandMa claims.

I guess it takes one patience and effort to accompany him to sleep which means switching off lights and TV and then pretend to be asleep beside him.

We need to train him to get used to having other people as his sleeping partners!
