V Day 2012

I saw so many FB posting of roses and gift on Vday made me so envious and it does not helped when our receiptionist walked in to my office.. towards where I sat and plonked a bouquet of flowers to a young colleague infront of me.

We had not been giving presents to each other and we just go out for a meal to celebrate. We met for dinner that day and to my disappoint that he brought along so many human 'light bulbs' that I chose to eat at coffeshop instead!

However, he surprised me with a lovely cake when we got back home..

Such a day, no flowers no diamond but its companionship and to be able to spend it with your loved ones is all that matters!
