Shoo away Fever..

Dillion's body felt warm after the jab. We fed him paracetamol and the boy was still in his usual self, refusing to even take his 11am nap.
He finally caved in and slept from 3-5pm. He woke up feeling warm again and we started sponging and feeding him med.

We thought he was well and brought him out to nearby coffeeshop for dinner. However he was very quiet throughout which is unlike him. We hurried home and were shocked that his temperature was hovering around 39 to 39.5 degree.

We started sponging every 30 min and he hates it and even rejected the fever pad.
We bathed him at 9.30pm and his temperature came down a little.

Later, I laid on the bed with him watching TV. There he was lying down beside me, looking so dazed and quiet which is so very much unlike him.
At that very moment, i start to miss his active times where he will climb about, and attempting to stand on the bed.
I want my boy to go back to his usual self!!!

I certainly regretted bringing him for a jab and I'm not sure if its linked to Pneu jab as he had never ever had a fever after a jab.

As of now his temp is 38.3 degree *phew*.
